Located in Katy, Texas, we serve the Greater Houston Metroplex. This web site will contain photos of school/academic events, athletic events, social or public gatherings, portraits, pets, etc.

Previewing Photos
As a general rule, all photos are uploaded to the web site as they were taken by the camera.

Ordering Photos
When an order is placed, each photo is reviewed and touched up. This includes any adjustments to color, cropping, brightness, clarity, vibrance, etc.

What Payment Methods Are Available?
Payments for photo orders can be made with a credit card, check, cash, or money order. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Off-Site Labs, Inc. (parent company for ThePhotoOutlet).

What Is The Delivery Time For My Order?
Most orders are delivered to you within two weeks. We usually send our photos to a New York photo lab for printing. Feel free to reach out at any time by email to check on your order.

Can Past Years Photos Be Ordered?
Yes, we archive all photos we take. All we need is the date, event and other information that will help identify your photos. Once we locate them, we will reload them back to the web site and let you know so you can place your order.
